Since a fast-changing environment requires a creative mindset, creativity has become one of the most critical leadership qualities outweighing competencies such as integrity and global thinking. For the EMBA program at the SSE Riga, we developed a workshop methodology using problem-finding and reframing techniques to enable innovation and to strengthen creative confidence and collaboration.
